By purchasing from my shop, you are agreeing to all of the terms outlined in my FAQ and listings. Please read carefully!

30 Days Reselling Rule:

- For all items in my shop, you are not allowed to resell them for more than the drop price + shipping for 30 days after receipt of your package. After 30 days, you may sell the pin for however much you want, unless the pin is still in stock. Then it is still subject to the drop price + shipping rule. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in you being banned from any other sales in my shop. Exceptions may be taken in the cases of predatory behavior.

Returns:

- I do not allow returns for buyers remorse or change of mind. However, if an item you received arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please message me via the contact page.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I ship all my packages with tracking. However, if a package is marked as delivered but it is unable to be found please contact your local Post Office. Unfortunately, once I had packages over to the PO, I have no further control over them. Insurance is available in my shop to cover such issues, so I highly suggest that it be purchased along with your order.

Grading Scale:

- A-Grade:

These pins are the best quality available. However, due to the fact that they are handmade, they may still have a very minor or hardly noticeable flaw. Such as: tiny pin prick, one or two stray glitters, light scratches, small areas of low fill, wiggly posts, slight discoloration on back or side of the pin.

- B-Grade:

These pins may have several noticeable flaws. Such as: deeper scratches, large areas of low fill, areas of very noticeable overfill, multiple stray glitter speck, deep or multiple pin pricks, missing enamel or plating, wrong enamel fill color.

- C-Grade:

These pins contain one or more serious flaws that are very noticeable. Such as, very deeper scratches in enamel, scratches in printing, missing enamel, misaligned printing.

Customs and other Fees:

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
